In the United States, 87,394 vehicles are included under a related NHTSA action. Dealers there will replace the starters at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Owners should check their vehicle identification number (VIN) on BMW\u2019s recall page. A VIN is a unique 17-character code used to identify a specific vehicle. If the tool shows an open campaign, book a service slot with your dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
